my 2¢...on Black Tumblr's Discussion of...
Spiritually, I define myself as African.
Becuz I’m African on two out of three levels:
I’m African in the sense that all of humanity descends from a common African mother and father.
I’m African in the sense that, more recently in the scheme of human evolution, a lot of my recent ancestors were forcibly ripped from that land.
